Gi, No-Gi and Boxing

What's the Difference?

Gi

The traditional uniform. Grips on the jacket make it slower and more technical.

No-Gi

Rash guard and shorts. Faster, and great for athleticism. Most kids do both.

Boxing

Stand-up skills on the mitts: footwork, defense and serious conditioning.
